(Garden City) and Druyvestein Johnson & Anderson, Inc. (DJA). The opinion and order arose from Tin Cups dispute with Garden City and DJA regarding repair work on the Tin Cup dam in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness in 1997. We affirm.
